This Morning’s Exercise

Hi guys, I’m gonna share something fun. Firstly, I’d like to tell you that I felt stuck these last few days, and it drove me exhausted. I felt dizzy for several days, and I didn’t really know what the cause was. All I felt was dizzy, and felt bored. For some people, the youths particularly, they would crack some cokes or smoke weed to feel better. Unfortunately, those were not my preference. I chose to do exercise.

I didn’t do any exercises (jog, pull up, push up) for these last few weeks. And I thought that I needed to do it, to “cure” the dizziness. I woke up at 5.30 in the morning, and waited for my friend to go to the jogging track. It was not immediately, I had to wait him till the sport news was done. yeah, he wanted to watch the UEFA Champions League highlights. So, we went to the jogging track at 7 am.

Briefly, I didn’t run for many laps. I was just run for one full lap, then continued it by walk and jog. Later on I did some pull-ups, push-ups, and a few back-ups. It was just an hour exercise, and as you read, I didn’t do many workouts.

However, those simple workouts were really worked. I feel good, no more dizziness, and yeah I feel that I can breathe so well. Thank God for that.
